This website is operated by illustra Consulting (“illustra,” “we,” “us”), the trade name of Buşra Açıkelli Kuday, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in Türkiye. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, through:

• The Contact form: name, company, email, phone number, area of interest, and your message.
• The Consultation form: the same details, plus your preferred date, preferred time, and any notes you provide.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly, and a cookie notice will be added.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry or consultation request;
• Schedule and confirm consultations;
• Maintain records of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing you have not requested.

4. Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us via Resend, an email delivery service that processes the message on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing engagement.

6. Your rights

If you are located in Türkiye, this processing is also subject to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about that processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set out in the KVKK; and object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data. 7. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
